The Kurdistan Region Showcases Agricultural Excellence at SIAL Paris 2024

For the first time, the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) participated in SIAL Paris 2024, one of the world's largest and most prestigious food and beverage exhibitions. Bringing together over 7,000 exhibitors from more than 120 countries and attracting nearly 300,000 visitors, SIAL Paris is a renowned platform for innovation and excellence in the food and agriculture industries.
The KRG’s pavilion, strategically located in the fruits and vegetables section, highlighted the region’s agricultural strengths and premium-quality products. This milestone marked Kurdistan’s entry onto the global stage, presenting its products to an international audience while fostering new partnerships and opportunities.

The KRG pavilion featured a selection of high-quality products that embody the agricultural excellence of the Kurdistan Region. Cem Factory showcased Kurdish Rice and Tomato Paste, also Harir Factory showcased Tomato Paste while Razga Company presented Pomegranates, a hallmark of the region’s produce. Bhoney and Lox Company highlighted the natural purity of Kurdish Honey, and KH Company displayed premium-quality Potatoes, reflecting the diversity of Kurdistan's agricultural output.

For the participating companies, SIAL Paris 2024 was a valuable platform to engage with international buyers and distributors, expanding their reach into global markets.
